Bethany graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2009 with her Bachelors degree in exercise science. She graduated in 2013 from the University of New England with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She worked in Pennsylvania as an outpatient physical therapist before returning to Maine to work at Gray Birch Rehabilitation and Long Term Care. She has attended additional courses on joint mobilization, wound care management, and treating patients with dementia. She enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses however has a special interest in treating patients with balance impairments and neurological deficits. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time on the lake and traveling.
Josh graduated from Husson College in Bangor, Maine in May of 2002 with his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Josh worked at Orthopedic Therapy Associates from June of 2002 until April 2007. He worked as a traveling physical therapist in Montana and Arizona, settling in Montana for a little over a year. Josh returned to Maine late in 2008 to establish and open Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He has special interests in manual therapy and sports related injuries and has attended additional courses on neck and shoulder disorders, wound care management, and Stanley Paris’ Spinal Manipulation (S1) seminar. Josh is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In his spare time he enjoys just about anything outdoors - including hiking, hunting, fishing, and snowshoeing.
Alex graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College in 2012 with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Alex has had clinical experience at EMMC, Hibbard’s Nursing Home, and out-patient therapy at Inland Hospital. He enjoys treating many different diagnoses, but especially enjoys working with knee and shoulder injuries. Alex also likes incorporating manual therapies into treatments. While attending school, Alex worked at OPT as a PT Attendant. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as camping, hunting, fishing, and most competitive sports.
